:  تستكشف هذه الدراسة دور حاضنة الأعمال المركزية في بابل في تمكين المرأة في العراق للمساهمة في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة. ومن خلال دراسة ميدانية أجريت داخل الحاضنة، يدرس البحث الاستراتيجيات والتحديات والنتائج المرتبطة بتعزيز ريادة الأعمال النسائية والمشاركة الاقتصادية في سياق ما بعد الصراع. وتسلط الدراسة الضوء على أهمية توفير الوصول إلى الموارد والتدريب والإرشاد وفرص التواصل للنساء لتعزيز قدرتهن على الانخراط في ممارسات الأعمال المستدامة. ومن خلال تحليل تجارب رائدات الأعمال اللواتي تدعمهن الحاضنة، يحدد البحث العوامل الرئيسية التي تمكنهن أو تعيق نجاحهن، بما في ذلك المعايير الثقافية والدعم المؤسسي والوصول إلى التمويل. وتشير النتائج إلى أن التدخلات المستهدفة، مثل حاضنات الأعمال، يمكن أن تؤدي دورًا حاسمًا في تعزيز المساواة بين الجنسين (الهدف الخامس من أهداف التنمية المستدامة) وتعزيز العمل اللائق والنمو الاقتصادي (الهدف الثامن من أهداف التنمية المستدامة) في العراق. وتختتم الدراسة بتوصيات لصناع السياسات وممارسي التنمية وأصحاب المصلحة لتعزيز أنظمة الدعم لرائدات الأعمال، وبالتالي المساهمة في أجندة أوسع للتنمية المستدامة في العراق.
