الذكاء  الاصطناعي بين التهديدات الامنية وسبل مواجهتها

من خلال التحول التكنولوجي الكبيرة الذي أحدثته تغيرات نوعية في الذكاء الاصطناعي، افتقرت العلوم السياسية مفاهيم جديدة لتطوير دراسة مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي وتأثيره على الامن وما مدى الخطورة التي يتسبب بها على المجتمع الدولي لاسيما ان اوربا كانت من ضمن الدول التي روجت الى هذه التطورات الحديثة. فبالرغم من التطور المتسارع لحقل الذكاء الاصطناعي سواء من حيث وعوده المنتظرة أو مخاطرة المحتملة للعديد من الرهانات والقضايا التي تمس بشكل مباشر الامن الدولي ودور الدولة والسياسة الدولية والأمن الانساني وصنع القرار في السياسات العامة؛ فإنَّ الذكاء الاصطناعي بالنسبة للعلوم السياسية ومنظريها يعتبر أهم الأجندات التي فرضت خصوصية الاستعجالية على البحث السياسي، خاصة وأن خبراء الذكاء الاصطناعي من جامعات عالمية مختلفة يؤكدون باستمرار على ضرورة انخراط هذا الحقل في الحياة السياسية.
